Today, NEC Corporation and NEC LCD Technologies, Ltd. have made the press release in terms of shareholder composition change of our company.

Our company will newly start as the joint venture company between NEC Corporation and AVIC international Group targeting beginning of July 2011.

The aim of this joint company establishment is further business growth maintaining our market focus in the industrial fields.

And flexibility of our business operation will be expanding by utilizing production lines of our new partner Tianma Micro-electronics group under AVIC international group.

Wide range products with high quality and long-term support will solidly remain as key strengths in the industry market even after becoming the new stockholder composition. Moreover, we are going to intensify our business core and expand into new markets through synergism with Tianma Micro-electronics group, and continue to make every effort toward construction of strong relationship with customers.
